Manager In Practice provides professional leadership and career coaching services to individual clients. Services are delivered primarily through one-to-one online coaching sessions. The scope, duration, and number of sessions are defined in advance and agreed upon in writing with each client.
Pricing varies depending on the coaching package and engagement structure selected. Details are communicated and agreed upon with the client prior to the start of the engagement.
Payments are processed via Stripe. Depending on the agreement, payment may be made:
• upfront in full, or
• through a monthly installment plan billed at the start of the engagement and on the same calendar date each subsequent month.
Coaching fees are non-refundable once an engagement has begun. If payment is made through monthly installments and a payment is not completed when due, coaching services may be paused or terminated. Further terms are outlined in the individual coaching agreement provided to the client.
