From your first conversation to your final session, every step has a purpose.
This is not a generic program with a fixed curriculum. Every session is built around what is actually happening in your team, your patterns, and your decisions. The six steps below are the structure that makes that possible.
Start with a conversation
The engagement begins with a complimentary 45-minute consultation. We discuss where you are, what patterns are showing up, and what you want to change about how you manage. By the end of the call, you will have a clearer picture of how this work applies to your situation, and we will both know whether moving forward makes sense.
Complete the assessment
Once we agree to work together, you sign the coaching agreement and complete payment. You then complete the Energy Leadership Index, an attitudinal assessment that measures how you perceive and respond to stressful situations across seven energy levels. It gives us a precise, objective starting point rather than relying on self-reported assumptions.
Debrief your results
Your first session is a full debrief of your Energy Leadership Index results. Together we build an objective picture of how you lead under pressure, which capacities you rely on, and which ones collapse when the stakes rise. This session stands alone. It is the foundation the coaching sessions that follow are built on.
Work through real situations
Every coaching session is built around something real. You bring a topic: a conversation you are avoiding, a team dynamic that is not working, a decision you keep putting off. We set a clear goal, examine what blockers are getting in the way, how you are showing up, and what a more deliberate response would be. Every session ends with insights you generated and actions you chose.
Act & observe between sessions
Change does not happen inside the session. It happens in the moments after it. After each session, you carry your own insights and act on the commitments you made. Accountability looks different for everyone: holding yourself to it, telling someone close to you, or checking in between sessions. If you do not follow through, that is not a failure. It is material for the next session.
Close With Clarity
The final session follows the same structure as the others. You bring a topic, we coach. What changes is the closing, where we reflect on the full engagement. We look back at where you started, what shifted, and what you are taking forward. That reflection is often where you see most clearly how your managerial mindset has shifted, and what kind of manager you are choosing to be.
Not sure which one to choose? The consultation is where we figure that out together.
7 sessions
For managers working through a specific challenge or transition, such as managing an underperforming employee or navigating a new management role. You know what the problem is, but you are not sure how to address it. The package includes one assessment debrief and six coaching sessions. A contained engagement with a clear starting point and clear scope.
14 sessions
For managers whose patterns keep recurring across situations, such as complex team dynamics, broader leadership growth, or building greater influence. You have tried addressing things but the same friction keeps coming back. The package includes two assessments including a closing debrief to measure progress, and twelve coaching sessions. More depth, more ground covered.

If something is holding you back from booking, the answer is probably here or in the button below.
Is this for me?
This is designed for managers leading one or multiple teams of up to 50 people, who feel the full weight of that responsibility. If you are navigating difficult conversations, team dynamics, pressure from above, or your own management patterns, then this work is relevant to you.
How is this different from other coaching programs?
Most coaching programs focus on generic leadership principles. This work is built specifically around people management, the daily reality of leading individuals, navigating team dynamics, and holding high standards under pressure. It is grounded in frameworks developed from real management experience, not theory, and every session is tailored around what is actually happening on your team.
What does this actually involve?
Engagement begins with a structured leadership assessment and a full debrief. From there, the work focuses on the real-time topics and mechanics of your team. Sessions run up to 90 minutes, on a biweekly basis or at your own pace, over a 7 or 14 session program, assessment included. Real work on real situations.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the package you choose: 7 or 14 sessions. The investment reflects the depth and structure of the engagement. Exact pricing is shared during the consultation call, where we can also discuss what makes sense for your situation.
How do I know this will work?
There are no guarantees in coaching. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What I can tell you is that this work is built on over a decade of real management experience and active mentorship and coaching practices. If you show up consistently and do the work between sessions, you will leave with a clearer picture of how you lead and a more deliberate way of doing it. I also encourage you to read the testimonials available on the homepage.
